Name: Hilario Villalovos Died: Wednesday, July 15, 2009 Hilario H. Villalovos "Lalo" 86, of Glendale passed away peacefully July 15, 2009. A WWII Army vet, "Lalo" was dedicated and committed to helping veterans get the services they earned and retired after 42 years as a Veterans Affairs Regional Director. A loving father of 3, grandfather of 8, he leaves family and friends with great memories in remembrance of his life. He is survived by sisters Jovita and Ruth; son David; daughters Laura Ochoa and Suzanne Ricard; grandchildren Adrienne, Ernie, Melinda, Steve, Michael, Anthony, Melissa and Amanda and 9 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Friday evening at Heritage Funeral Chapel from 6-8pm with a rosary to begin at 7pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, July 18, 2009 at St. Helen Catholic Church, 5510 W. Cholla St. Glendale at 8:30 am followed by burial at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery in Avondale (Obit: Heritage Funeral Chapel)
