POPEJOY, Ross Nathaniel

The Press-Enterprise, Riverside, California Wednesday, December 15, 1999, page B04 Services for Ross Nathaniel Popejoy, 81, will be at 1 p.m. today at Sunrise Funeral Home in Prescott Valley, Ariz. He died Friday in Prescott, Arizona. The cause of death was not disclosed. Interment will be in Crestlawn Memorial Park in Riverside, Calif. Mr. Popejoy, who was born in Itasca, Texas, lived in Arizona 15 years and previously lived in Glen Avon. He worked as a technician in the television industry. He retired from Sears in San Bernardino in 1983. He is survived by his wife, Wanda; a daughter, Rhonda Rowe of Prescott; three sons, Steve and Phil of Redlands, and John of Peoria, Ariz.; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Ruby Jo Bayne and Rhea Eaves, both of Lubbock, Texas. The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
