Rex Dale Willey, 63, of Prescott, Arizona, born Feb. 13, 1943, in Ogden, Utah, died Friday, May 12, 2006, in Prescott.

A gathering of friends will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 3, at Goldwater Lake near the Pavilion.

A private cremation was held at the Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Arizona.

Arrangements by Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home.
