Mr. Norris was born Oct. 18, 1951 in Flint, Mich., and had lived in Arizona all his life except for nine months. He attended Wickenburg schools and had many friends in Wickenburg and the surrounding areas. Mr. Norris is survived by son Steven Michael Norris of Tempe, Ariz., mother Phyllis Willis of Wickenburg; sister Lynn Fisher of Glendale and Frieda Ann Willis of Mesa; brother David Norris of Congress; aunts Vera Ward of Wickenburg, Delores Rubash of Bagdad and Denelda Hungerford of Elko, Nev.; and several nieces and nephews. Interment will be at the Wickenburg Municipal Cemetery. Pastor Delbert Henderson will officiate.
