The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, July 23, 2006 Dorothy Rand, 76, of Prescott Valley, Arizona, passed away on July 9, 2006. Owner of an Ice Cream Parlor in New Jersey for many years, Dorothy is survived by her son, William Rand, III; daughter, Patricia Ann Rand; sister, Rita McDonell; brothers, John and Edward Nowicki; and grandchildren, Jena Rand and A. J. Meleleu. A Memorial Mass will be held Thursday, July 27, 2006, at 10 a.m. at St. Germaine Catholic Church, 7997 E. Dana Drive in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Arrangements by Heritage Funeral Chapel, Peoria, Arizona.
