Alan Leroy Smith, 36, of Prescott Valley, Arizona, born Oct. 24, 1969, in Pueblo, Colo., died Wednesday, May 24, 2006, in Prescott, Arizona.

Commemoration services in honor of Alan will take place at 2 p.m. Monday, May 29, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 3950 N. Valorie Drive, Prescott Valley.

Military honors provided by American Legion Post # 6.
