Rogena leaves behind two sons, Shawn Richard DeLong, wife Crystal, and Charles Richard DeLong, fiancé Vanessa, all of Cottonwood, Ariz.; her parents, Roger Smelser, Ark., and Janet Smelser, Lakeside, Ariz.; brothers, Kelley Smelser, Mesa, Ariz., Kurbie Smelser, Lancaster, Oh., and Kurtiss Smelser, Bowling Greens, Oh. and four grandchildren, Kourtni DeLong, Kaylee DeLong, Jasmin Mills, and Brandon DeLong, all of Cottonwood, Ariz. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, August 24, 2006 at 12:00pm at Westcott Funeral Home, 1013 E. Mingus Ave., in Cottonwood, Arizona.
