Janice Rae Blom Born in Dayton, Ohio on Dec. 3, 1947. Departed on May 15, 2007 and resided in Cottonwood, Arizona. Janice Rae (Boyenga) Blom 59 of Cottonwood, AZ died on May 15, 2007. She was born on December 3, 1947 in Dayton , Ohio and lived in New Jersey for 34 years before moving to Cottonwood two years ago. Survived by Sam Blom, her husband, Cottonwood, Ariz., sons Adam, Cottonwood, Ariz. and Aaron, Tucson, Ariz., her Mom Hazel Boyenga and brother Steve Boyenga and wife Cindy, Dwight, Ill. her brother Dave and Molly Boyenga, Marietta, Ga.. A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2007, 4 p.m., at the Verde Valley Christian Church, 30 Zalesky Rd., Cottonwood, Ariz. In honor of her father Ray Boyenga and her sister-in-law Barbara Blom, please donate to the American Cancer Society. Westcott Funeral Home, Cottonwood and Camp Verde, Arizona.
