Louise V. Washburn Louise V. Washburn, 90, resident of Cottonwood, passed away on Tuesday, October 23, 2007. She was born in Lubbock, Texas on July 20, 1917 to Homer and Ada (McKenney) Brown. Louise enjoyed golfing, gardening and entertaining others. She is preceded in death by two grandsons, Mark Shumar and Scott Shumar. Louise was the beloved mother of Patricia Escalante; and the adored aunt of two nieces and two nephews; and the devoted grandmother to two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
