Michael Anton Ney Michael Anton Ney, 50, resident of Jerome, passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2007. He was born April 9, 1957 at St. Vincent Hospital in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He graduated from the North County School in Lake Placid, New York. He attended Sacred Heart University in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He was a self-employed artist. Michael is survived by his father, Robert “Bob” Ney, his step-mother, Sharon Ney, both of Carefree, Ariz.; his brother, William Ney, Seymour, Conn.; and his sister, Mary Payson, Columbia, S.C. He is preceded in death by his mother, Carol Wymelenberg Ney. A Memorial Service will be held in his honor on Saturday, December 1, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. the Haven United Methodist Church in Jerome. In lieu of flowers, contributions are requested to be sent to: North County School in Lake Placid, New York.
