The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, December 9, 1971 John E. McNutt, 61, of 616 Swan St., Rivera, died Monday, Dec. 6, 1971, at Needles, Calif. Born March 26, 1910 at Toledo, Ohio, he moved to Prescott from Toledo in 1924 and lived here until 1940 when he entered the building construction business in San Diego, Calif. In 1954, he retired from construction work and purchased a ranch in California which he operated until 1964. He lived in Prescott from 1964 until 14 months ago when he moved to Riviera. Survivors include his wife, Arleta, of Riviera, a son John, Jr., now serving with the U.S.A.F. in Guam, one sister, Mrs. Dorothy Hunter of Prescott, and two grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10 at Ruffner Funeral Home with Rev. David Pasamonte of the Hope United Methodist Church of Bullhead City, Arizona officiating. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery in Prescott.
