Theodore I. Nelson, age 85, of Prescott Valley, Arizona, died April 21, 2006, at the VA Regional Medical Center in Prescott.

Mr. Nelson served in the US Army.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2006, at the VA Chapel.

Heritage Memory Mortuary was entrusted with the arrangements.
