COLLINS, Victor L. (Vic)

Vic Collins born August 29, 1924 passed away September 12, 2007. Vic was preceded in death by his parents; son, Vic and brother, Jack. Vic and his family resided in Lake Havasu City since 1970, after retiring from the Moline, Illinois Fire Department. He began a 25 year career in real estate, beginning as one of the Holly Dolly's for MCO. He served in the United States Army in the Philippines during World War II. His favorite form of entertainment was his many trips to Laughlin. Vic leaves behind his wife of 37 years, Shirley; three sons, Jeff and Craig of Lake Havasu City, Brian of Albany, OR; two daughters, Vicki Chapin of Havasu City and Lorri Seastrand of Charlotte, IN; 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. At Vic's request there will be no services. Donations may be made in Vic's memory to Lake Havasu Senior Center, 450 S. Acoma Blvd., Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403.
