ROSENBERGER, Jacob

OBIT: Casa Grande Valley Dispatch VOLUME NINE CASA GRANDE, PINAL COUNTY, ARIZONA ugust 6, 1920 number 28 or 29. JACOB ROSENBERGER Jacob Rosenberger, father of W. G. Rosenberger of this place passed Saturday as the result of kidney trouble. Deceased was born in Westmoreland county PA. in 1835 and moved to Iowa in 1859 when Iowa City was the nearest human habitation and that was 60 miles away. He lived there for 50 years and then moved to Oklahoma where he resided until he came to Casa Grande with his wife and granddaughter Miss Ena May Bouse, last January. Besides his wife he leaves five sons, two in Iowa, two in Oklahoma, and one W. G. Rosenberger, in Casa Grande. T he death occured Saturday evening, August 31, at the family home in the Houck addition. The funeral took place at 5 o'clock Sunday from the Christian church, and interment was made at Mountain View cemetery.
