The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, July 22, 2009 Barbara Little, 70, of Chino Valley, Ariz., born Sept. 1, 1938, in East Lynn, W.Va., passed away July 19, 2009, in Laughlin, Nev. A celebration of Barbara's life will take place at a later date. Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel assisted the family with arrangements. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, August 11, 2009 Barbara L. Little, born Sept. 1, 1938, died peacefully in her sleep July 19, 2009. She was born to Oscar T. and Esta M. Frye in East Lynn, W.Va. One of six children, she was the only girl among five brothers, Gerald, Samuel, Thomas, Robert and Raymond. Nicknamed Tykie as a child, she brought great joy to her family. She married and had four children, LuAnn Little of Chino Valley, Kim Little-Kraw of Prescott Valley, Louis Little of Cleveland and Todd Little of Prescott. Her grandchildren include Monica DeLaGarza of Cleveland, Jeff and Decker Little of Prescott and Austin Little of Chino Valley. Barbara was a homemaker and taught her family the meaning of family - to love and protect and to keep family strong. She loved the hot Arizona sun and would sit on her porch for hours. She enjoyed holidays and cooking for the family. She will surely be remembered as our loving mother and friend. We love you, Mom. Private family services have taken place.
