WIER, Jimmy L.

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, July 21, 2009 Jimmy L. Wier, age 62, of Chino Valley, Ariz., died July 19, 2009. Jimmy was born on Jan. 1, 1947, in Enid, Okla., the son of Wesley and Ione (Phelps) Wier. Jimmy resided in Arizona for 36 years. He served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Jimmy is survived by his wife, Kari; daughters Christina Wier, Jami Brocher and Cybil Bennett; and granddaughters Haidyn and Sierra. A Celebration of Life service will take place at a later date in Flagstaff. Heritage Memory Mortuary assisted the family with arrangements. Information provided by survivors.
