HACKETT, Edward Whitehouse

Edward Whitehouse Hackett, 88, passed away April 6, 2006 in Las Vegas, NV. He was born to Charles and Ethel (Alringer) Hackett on May 21, 1917 in Niles, OH. Edward married his best friend, Doris Seamen on August 27, 1938 and together they made Lake Havasu their home 16 years ago from La Crescenta, CA. He worked for Lockheed Aircraft in Burbank, CA as a machine shop supervisor for 25 years and he was a member of Hilltop Community Church. Edward is survived by his beloved wife of 67 years, Doris; daughters, Jeanne Rolls of Lake Havasu and Kay Jacobs of Indio, CA; sister, Dorothy Belcher of Saugus, CA; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Friday, April 14, 2006, 11:00 am at Lietz-Fraze Chapel. Pastor Chad Garrison will officiate. Arrangements entrusted to Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
