James Everette Gilmore, 86, of Prescott, Ariz., born Oct. 9, 1921, in Pittsboro, N.C., passed away Dec. 12, 2007, at the Prescott Valley Samaritan Center. 

There are no formal services planned for Mr. Gilmore. 

Sunrise Funeral Home assisted with the arrangements.
