MOWERY, Bernard Wayne

Bernard Wayne Mowery, 84, passed away on Friday, August 15, 2008 in Lake Havasu City, Az. He was born on October 27, 1923 in Mt. Vernon, OH; to George W. and Ines M. (Sprague) Mowery. Wayne moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ; 35 years ago from Gahanna, OH. He retired about 17 years ago after working as a carpenter for 36+ years and proudly served his country in the U.S. Army WWII. He and his wife Ida were Protestants. Wayne is survived by is loving wife of 62 years, Ida Mowery; daughter, Rojean M. Beal of Lake Havasu City, AZ; who gave Wayne and Ida 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; son, John Mowery of Lake Havasu City, AZ; who gave them 5 step-grandchildren and 14 step great-grandchildren and sister, Betty Jo Knox of Chillicothe, OH.
