SMITH, Silbie Frances

Silbie Frances Smith, 83, passed away January 20, 2003 in Riverside, California. She was born to Morgan & Willie (Bowman) Waits December 3, 1919 in Rome, Georgia. Silbie worked as a secretary and treasurer in an erosion control company for 15 years. She is survived by her loving family, son, Hugo Reynolds of Norco, California; daughter Beverly Jean Wingard of Michigan; sister, Cecil Crowder of Rome, Georgia; grandchildren, Robin Williamson and her husband Dan, Rick Reynolds and his wife Heather, Rhonda Williams and her husband Charles and ten great grandchildren. She is preceded in by her daughter Linda Sue Wingard. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 24, 2003, 2:00 PM at Lietz-Fraze Chapel with Rev. James Maynard officiating.
