Thomas A. Gomez, two-year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Larry V. Gomez of 710 Lincoln Ave., died Thursday at Yavapai Community Hospital after a short illness.

Born Jan. 9, 1970, in Prescott, he has resided here all of his life.

He is survived by his parents; one brother, Larry, Jr.; his grandmother Mrs. Beatrice Gomez of Prescott; grandfather, Valentine Bermudez of Prescott; several aunts and uncles.

Graveside services only, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Mountain View Cemetery.  

Arrangements are being handled by Memory Chapel.
