COOK, Jack F.

Jack Cook, 75, died July 31, 2004 in Payson.

Jack has lived in Show Low for the past 41 years. He was a logger by trade and a building contractor.

He is survived by his wife Nina Cook; son Dennise Cook of Chandler; daughter, Karen Hallonquist; along with 12 grand kids, two stepsons; seven great-grandchildren; and five step-grandchildren. His son Steven Cook precedes him in death.
