The White Mountain Independent Online Edition Billie Dawn Jennings 04/18/2008 Billie Dawn Jennings, 67, died Friday, April 11, 2008. She was born Aug. 7, 1940, in Portales, N.M. to Lewis and Nina Jo Kimbrell. She worked with special needs individuals for many years before moving to the White Mountains in 1981. She has fostered many individuals over the years and they all called her mom. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Martin Jennings; sister-in-law Cindy Williams; her children, Robert Jennings (Rita), Kevin Jennings (Becky), Mike Jennings (Dorene), Robin Yanz (Harry), Cindy Lewis, as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Nina Jo Kimbrell; her brother Roy (Bud) Kimbrell and her son, Dale Jennings. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 19, at 2 p.m. at Porter Mountain Fellowship (across from RTA Hospice).
