Susan Adair Gavaldon, 58, died Wednesday, March 22, 2006, at her home
in Yava, Arizona. She was born June 24, 1947 in Blythe, Ariz. the
daughter of Stanley and Elsie (Clark) Jolls.
Susan loved life, her family and helping others beyond her own means.
She loved her Arizona Diamondbacks. Susan was proud of her family and
keeping everyone together. She was proud of her ability to give to
others less fortunate and in need.
Susan is survived by her loving and caring husband, Raul, of 29
years. She is also survived by her children, Linda (Steve) Carlson of
Prescott Valley, Ruben (Charley) Parra, of Prescott, Michael Parra of
Prescott and Steven Parra of Prescott; brothers and sisters, Fred
(Wilma) Allendale of Sacramento, Calif., Stanley (Aida) Jolls, of San
Diego, Calif., Mike (JoEtta) Jolls of Phoenix, Steve Jolls of
Sacramento, Calif., Anna Mac Cotter of Fresno, Calif, and Donna Jean
Moore of Rock Springs, Wyo.; six grandchildren and two great-
grandchildren.
A visitation will take place from 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday, March 26, 2006,
at Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, corner of Cortez and
Carleton streets, Prescott.
Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with
arrangements.
