Lamberta "Bert" Henry was born Sept. 29, 1981. She was raised in Whiteriver on the Fort Apache reservation.
She attended schools in Whiteriver and Sherman Indian High School in Riverside, Calif.
Lamberta worked at Hon-Dah Casino and Sunrise Hotel in the restaurant. She left behind many, many friends, cousins and relatives.
Lamberta is survived by her mother, Alida Antonio; step-father Mark Antonio; brothers Lambert Henry Jr., Martinez Antonio and Marcus Antonio; sisters Valeda Henry and Ronna Tortice; biological father Lambert Henry Sr.; paternal grandmother Marie Henry; aunts Maxine Tortice; Grace Tortice, Etheline T. Cosen and Vertie Enriquez; uncle Winston Tortice.
She was preceded in death by sister Marcie Antonio and maternal grandparents James Tortice and Ethel Dahkoshay.
A two-night wake will start Friday, Nov. 21, at 11 a.m. at Mark and Alida Antonio's residence in Fort Apache (3413 S. Sunset St.).
Funeral services will be held Sunday, Nov. 23, at 1 p.m. at North Fork Miracle Church with Bishop Preston Kessay officiating. Interment will be at Whiteriver Cemetery.
Silver Creek Chapel Mortuary of Whiteriver handled the arrangements.
