The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 03/11/2003 Donnie Declay, 35, died March 1, 2003 in Whiteriver. He was born Sept. 26, 1967 in Whiteriver. He made his home in Whiteriver, and was a laborer for the forestry. He is survived by his daughter, Winniferd Declay; son, Jason Dean Declay; father, Paul Declay, Sr.; sisters, Evangeline D. Williams, Janice D. Charley, Paulena D. Burnette; brothers, Paul Declay, Jr., Jeris Declay, Steven Declay, Serrano Declay, Aaron Declay, Patrick Declay and Mathew Declay. He was preceded in death by his mother Dollie Clarkson Declay. Funeral services were held Saturday, March 8 at the Assembly of God Church in Whiteriver with Brother Buster Beatty officiating. Interment will be in the Whiteriver Cemetery. Silver Creek Chapel Mortuary of Whiteriver handled arrangements
