Miriam T. (Mim) Cox passed away on March 20 at Hospice of Arizona after a month-long illness. Mim was born in Wapello, Iowa, on Feb. 22, 1930.

Mim is survived by her husband Guy Cox; son Michael C. (Kathy) LaMasters of Stockton, Calif.; daughter Randi (Ron) Hart of Haxtun, Colo.; grandsons Jason, Justin, Adam and Jacob (Holly) LaMasters; great-grandchildren Kyla and Derran LaMasters; brothers Roscoe Trout of Carmel Valley, Calif., and Clarence (Lorie) and Mary Trout of Wickenburg.

She is preceded in death by parents Ray and Nellie Trout, son Joel LaMasters, grandson Gordon Kinchen, sisters Edna Helgeland, Jean Trout, and former husband Les Stacy.

A celebration of her life will be held in Wickenburg at a later date.
