Robert “Bob” Richter passed away May 21 in Bend, Ore.

He is survived by his three sons Robert, Ed, and Harry and a stepson Robert Dowell of Union, Ore., as well as seven grandchildren.

Bob moved to Wickenburg in 1974 from Pennsylvania and the past several years had wintered at Bouse, Ariz., spending the balance of his time in Oregon and Washington.

After cremation, his ashes will be scattered in the Deschutes River.

Happy fishing, Dad.
