Robbin is survived by his parents, Robert and Zandra Suttle; son Emilio Garland; daughter Tanisha Garland; companion Crystal Garland; sisters, Roberta Suttle and Rynaldi Toggie; aunts Gloria Pinal, Diana Aday and Katherine Talkalai; uncles Arkie Suttle, Victor Edwards, Jr., Lucero Suttle, Sr., Randy Edwards, Sr., Casey Ethelbah, Jr., Lavan Edwards, Chris Suttle, Sr. and Tito Edwards; grandfather, Earl Ethelbah, Sr. and grandmothers Ellen White and 0 Falls. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 29 at 2 p.m. in the Riverside Church in East Fork with Pastor June Bush officiating. A wake was held Sunday, June 27 in Upper East Fork. Burial will be in the Whiteriver Cemetery. Silver Creek Chapel Mortuary of Whiteriver handled arrangements.
