The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ October 9, 1959 Frank C. Lapham Funeral Services were Held Monday Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. Monday of this week at the Wickenburg Chapel for Frank C. Lapham, widely known cattleman for many years in the Aguila area, who passed away the afternoon of October 1 in Community Hospital here. Dr. Charles S. Poling of the First Presbyterian Church conducted the services Monday and burial followed in the Wickenburg Cemetery. Mr. Lapham died Thursday afternoon a short time after being admitted to the hospital. He had been brought here from Waggoner, where he had lived on his mining property for the past eight years. Born in Chicago October 25, 1891, Mr. Lapham came to Arizona in 1910 and entered the cattle business. He owned and operated feeding pens at Mesa and ran cattle in the Aguila area, moving them to Mesa for finishing. He gave up the cattle business when he moved to Waggoner eight years ago. Mr. Lapham never married. His only living survivor is a brother Charles. W. Lapham of Los Angeles who, with Mrs. Lapham, came here for the funeral.
