Dee Dawn Richards, 52, died Monday, Jan. 9, 2006 in Phoenix. 

She was born in Holbrook, to Leroy "Wad" and Ruth Richards. She taught Special Education classes in Holbrook, Laveen and Phoenix, Arizona District for 28 years.

Dee is survived by her husband, Charles Gorospe; sister, Jackie (Yale) Rogers; brothers, Edward L. "Chappy" (Konnie) Richards and Leonard (Carole) Richards. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Ruth Richards, and one brother, Robert K. Richards.

Graveside services will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 14 at the Holbrook Cemetery.

Owens Mortuary of Holbrook handled the arrangements.
