Graveside services for Donald E. LILLY, 55, who had owned an auto dealership, will be today in Memory Lawn, 719 N. 27th Ave.  

Friends may call today in Mercer Mortuary, 1541 E. Thomas.  

Mr. LILLY was killed in an auto accidnet June 30, 1979, near Black Canyon City.  

He lived at Crown King and is survived by wife, A. J.; three children and three grandchildren.
