Queen Creek -- Services for Perry Augustus Weirich, 66, a retired steel plant braker operator who died July 3, 1979, in Mesa General Hospital will be in Buffalo, New York, Meldrum Mortuary announced.  

Surviving are his wife, Dorothy; son, Ernest; three grandchildren; and a brother.
