The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ May 23, 2007, p. A12 Sarah “Sadie” E. Koontz Luke passed into a better life on May 14, 2007 in her home in Phoenix. She was born in New Castle, Ind., on June 21, 1952. Sadie is survived by her loving husband Ronald Luke, daughter, Molly Luke, parents, John and Mary Koontz, brother Charlie Koontz and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in heavenly peace by her brother Michael. A memorial service will be held at her residence in Phoenix by Phoenix Children’s Hospital, where she worked as a EEG technician with over 30 years in the profession. The family requests in lieu of flowers donation be made to the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation: 2929 East Camelback Road, Suite 122, Phoenix, Arizona 85016.
