Ervin J. FESING, 75, who moved here in 1956 from Wisconsin and owned Starlite Buffet 20 years, died July 2, 1979, in Memorial Hospital.  

Mr. Fesing, 2314 W. Yuma, is survived by wife, Ethel; mother, Isabella; and two sisters.  

Graveside services will be today in Greenwood Memorial Park, 2300 W. Van Buren, A. L. Moore & Sons Mortuary announced.
