Jay S. Zimmerman, born in Phoenix in 1945, passed away July 27, 2007.

He is survived by his wife Carol Zimmerman, his daughters Terrie Costanzo and Dusti Cope, and five grandchildren.

There will be a private burial at the family’s request.

Arrangements are by David’s Desert Chapel Funeral Home of Wickenburg.
