The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ August 15, 2007, p. A11 Gus Echeverria passed away on Aug. 8 in Glenwood Springs, Colo. Gus graduated from Wickenburg High School in 2005, where he received the President’s Outstanding Academic Excellence Award. He was attending college in Colorado and was in his sophomore year. He is survived by his mother and father Carol and Dave Echeverria, his brothers Jake and Jeremy, and his sister Grace. He is also survived by grandmother Sophie Echeverria and grandparents Irv and Annette Pearlstein. Gus will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. Visitation will be held this Saturday (Aug. 18) from 3 to 4 p.m. at Wickenburg Funeral Home, with a memorial service and reception to follow at the Wickenburg Community Center at 5 p.m.
