B3 Memorial Mass for O’delle Ruth Moore, who passed away Aug. 27 in Surprise will be held on Saturday (Sept. 1 at 10:00 a.m.) at St. Anthony’s of Padua Catholic Church with Fr. George Highberger as celebrant. A reception will follow. She was born Feb. 16, 1915 in Johnsonville, Tenn., to McCauley and Dovie Moore. O’delle was a school teacher in Los Angeles, Calif., for 30 years, and she came to Wickenburg in 1980 after retiring. She was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church. O’delle is survived by several cousins and longtime caregivers and friends Rollie and Lois Allen of Wickenburg. Arrangements are under the direction of Wickenburg Funeral Home.
