David Chavarria, Sr., 76, of Surprise, Ariz., passed away Sept. 4 in Surprise.

He is survived by his wife Amparo; daughters Sylvia, Marisela (Charley), Rosa, and Angie (Harvey); sons David, Jr. (Jill), Adolfo (Claudia), Oscar (Anita), Ricky, and Mark; sisters Maria, Sara and Martha; brothers Daniel and Ruben; and twenty-one grandchildren.

Visitation was held Friday Sept. 7 at Iglesia del Valle - Assembly of God, 15406 Greasewood St., Surprise. Memorial service followed. Burial was at Rest Haven Park Cemetery.

Arrangements are by Camino del Sol Funeral Chapel.
