The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ Sept. 19, 2007, p. A10 Donald J. Thill passed away at the age of 82 on Sept. 13 after a long illness. Don was born to Michael and Theresa Thill on June 16, 1925. He moved to Arizona in 1957, and he worked as a manager in the retail clothing business. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Don is survived by his loving wife Carol Thill, brother Eugene Thill of Spencer, Iowa, stepdaughters Julia Hill of Wickenburg, Mary Meier and Susan Anastasio of Phoenix, and grandchildren Rachel and Jesse Hill, Christopher, Erin and Kyle Meier, and Alexandra, Katherine, and Victoria Anastasio. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials are suggested to the R&R Respite Center in Wickenburg.
