APODACA, Robert Cisneros


The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, May 17, 2007 Robert Cisneros Apodaca, of Prescott, Arizona, passed on at home Saturday, May 12, 2007, where he lived with his wife, Kay. They have resided in Prescott for 10 years. Bob was proud of his Cherokee heritage, which he felt contributed to his longevity of 92 years. Born at home on September 29, 1914,in Redondo Beach, California, he resided in Southern California prior to moving to Prescott when he reached retirement at age 72. He loved the peaceful surroundings of the Prescott area, especially loving the beautiful sunsets of Arizona. The Southern California Gas Company as a pipeline crew suoervisor employed him for 39 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Katherine Kington Apodaca; and four children, daughters, Linda Apodaca, Debbie Gartrell and Brenda Mayhugh; and a son, Bobby McCain. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Dakota Angelo and Randi Gartrell, Holly Young, Deanna and Daniel McCain. He will be missed.
