Edith Hux, 84, of Phoenix Arizona, passed away after a brief illness on December 13, 2000. 

Edith was a retired Nurses Aide and moved to Phoenix from Memphis, Tennesse in 1982. She was born in Lookout Mountain, Alabama. 

Preceded in death by her husband, Ozie Hux, survivors include her daughter Mary Adams, (Wilbur Adams); her son, David Hux; 3 grandchildren, Vince Adams, Renee Tonstad (David Tonstad), Linda Adams; 3 great grandchildren, Tiffanie, Brittanie, Whittanie Tonstad, and a sister, Kitty Brock and one brother, David Brock. 

Visitation at Camelback Sunset Chapel, Monday, December 18th, with funeral service following.  Arizona Republic  December 16, 2000
