The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ Feb. 22, 2006, p. B8 Clarence Pelser of Congress passed away on Feb. 11. He was born Aug. 29, 1942 in Flagler, Colo. He is survived by his mother Vera Smith of Seibert, Colo.; daughters Mary Paintin and husband Sam of Peeples Valley; Karen Russel of Burlington, Colo.; Joyce Pelser of Burlington, Colo.; brothers Vernon and Chuck Pelser of Seibert, Colo. and Donald Pelser of Collage Station, Texas; sisters Florence McGriff; Veva Noel; and Donna Crisp all of Seibert, Colo.; and four grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
