AHERN, Michael J.

Michael J. Ahern, 50, of Fountain Hills passed away on Sunday, Sept. 23, 2007 after a short battle with lung cancer. He is survived by his loving wife, Susan E. Ahern, and his son, Jason DeMore, as well as his parents John D. Ahern and his wife Linda of Chicago and Patricia E. Ahern of Fountain Hills; six brothers and sisters; his Aunt and Uncle Richard and Lynne Hickey of Fountain Hills, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many very loving friends across the country. A memorial service was held at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in Fountain Hills on Saturday, Sept. 29, 2007. Published September 26, 2007, in the Fountain Hills Times.
