Julie Maudell Burris of Wenden, age 71, passed away Monday, May 15 in Phoenix. Julia was born September 30, 1934 in Mineral Wells, Texas. She and her family patronized Wickenburg for over 50 years, making many friends along the way.

She is survived by son Clinton Burris; sisters Carol Drummond, Merlene White, Kathy Hord; brothers A.D. Mitchell, George Smith; daughter-in-law Maria Burris; and four grandchildren.

Graveside services were held at Wenden Cemetery on Saturday (May 20).
