The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona August 22, 2003 Elizabeth F. Huft, 80, Tempe, AZ, passed away on Thursday, August 21, 2003. Elizabeth was born June 25, 1923 in Greensburg, Indiana and was the oldest of 9 children. On December 7, 1945 she married her husband Adam HUFT. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband Adam, parents William and Carrie BURNS, brothers Harold and Elmer, and sisters Edna and Hazel. She is survived by her son Robert Adam of Phoenix, daughter Sandra CRAMER and husband Steve of Palm Springs, CA, her brother Howard and wife Madine of Flagstaff, sisters Ethel MELTON and husband Lester of Phoenix, Helen WOMBLE and husband James of Tempe, and Opal McCARTY and husband Kenneth of Texas. Services will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2003 at Green Acres Chapel of Light 401 N. Hayden Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85257.
