She is survived by husband Donald Neibert, sons Bob and Steven Neibert of California, sister Elaine Nelson of Tahoe, Nev., and grandchildren Timothy, Christopher, and Steven. Arrangements are by David's Desert Chapel Funeral Home in Wickenburg.
