Anna Marie Garner, 79, died Sunday, Feb. 17, 2008, in Glendale. She was born Dec 26, 1928, in Munich, Germany, to Antwon Gschwandther and Karolina Sturm. Anna married Ralph Garner July 26, 1955. 

Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Ralph of Phoenix; son Mitchell Garner of Phoenix; and daughter Michelle Vitzthum of Phoenix. She is also survived by her two grandchildren, Eric and Kyle Vitzthum.

Graveside services were held Thursday, Feb. 21, at the Eagar Cemetery.

Burnham Mortuary of Eagar handled arrangements.
