She was born in Beardstown, Ill. on March 6, 1919. She was preceded in death by one brother, Bill Phelps, and her husband, Lt. Col. John Prochaska, a World War II veteran, who will be honored at this time. John was born in Peoria, Ill. LaMoine and her husband moved to Wickenburg from Peoria, Ill. She is survived by her daughter Debra (Steve) Adams of Phoenix; sisters Mrs. Rozell Fore of Wickenburg, Marge Hood and Francis (Bob) Little of Peoria, Ill; sister-in-law Ann Phelps of Wickenburg; and grandson Jason Carter and fiancée Jessica of Wickenburg. Services will be held Feb. 26 at the Wickenburg Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m., with Pastor Dean Stanley officiating. Arrangement by Wickenburg Funeral Home.
