CHRISTENSEN, Inez

The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ April 13, 2005, p. A12 Inez Christensen went gracefully to be with the Lord on April 10, 2005. She was 83 years old. Inez was born in Iowa and served as a WAC in World War II with the Signal Corps in France. After the war, she married Don Christensen and moved to Flagstaff, Ariz., where she raised her family. For many recent years she made her home in Wickenburg, Ariz., with her daughter Donna Christensen-Henry and the Hon. John C. Henry. Inez was preceded in death by her husband Don H. Christensen, infant son Don Lee and her parents and siblings. She is survived by her daughters Diane Shine (Bill), Dona Christensen-Henry (John), sons Keith Christensen (Cindy), Brian Christensen (Becky) and Kent Christensen (Monica). She has numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. The memorial service for Inez, at which time her ashes will be interred, will be held in Flagstaff at the Flagstaff Citizen's Cemetery on her birthday, Aug. 18, 2005.
